Srinagar, Dec 08: Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Sunday predicted light rains and snow over few higher reaches in Kashmir division today during late evening of December 8 and December 9 morning.

From December 8-9, there is a possibility of generally cloudy weather conditions with light rains over few areas of plains and hilly areas of Jammu division; and light rains and snow on few higher reaches of Kashmir division during late evening of December 8 and December 9 morning, the officials said.

They said from December 10-11 the weather conditions likely to remain dry.

On December 12, there will be generally cloudy with light snow over isolated higher reaches, the officials said, and added from December 13-17 there will be dry weather conditions likely.

They advised tourists, travelers and transporters to follow traffic advisories from administration and traffic department.
