District administration holds interaction with DDC, PRI members under the unique initiative “BAATCHEET”

KULGAM, DECEMBER 14, KDC: In order to listen suggestions, feedback, grievances of DDC,PRI members and to work collectively for development and progress of district the district Administration today  holds a daylong interactive session with DDC’s and PRI members under an initiative, “BAATCHEET”.

The Deputy Commissioner Dr.Bilal-Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat while highlighting the objective of this, “BAATCHEET,” initiative said that  the aim and objective of this  programme is  to hold regular interaction with PRIs to listen their Suggestions feedback and issues and  to work collectively for equitable development of the district.

District Development Chairperson, Mohd Afzal Parray during his speech appreciated the District Administration for this initiative and termed it a good platform where PRI’s can share their suggestions and issues with Administration.

He added that PRIs and District Administration is working for betterment and progress of the district.

On the occasion  DDC and  PRI members also  flagged issues of their areas and shared their suggestions for redressal of these issues.

Meanwhile during the programme through live demonstration all the participants were apprised about the ‘Janta Ki Scheme-Janta ki Bhagidari’ Empowerment portal functioning which is an initiative aimed to strengthen the Jan Bhagidari (public participation) and make it an integral part of transparent and accountable governance.

CPO Kulgam Zahid Sajad, shared the points with these members to formulate a balanced plan for the year 2022-23.

These PRI members were also urged to formulate a balanced plan by incorporating Agriculture and other sectors in the 2022-23 plan.

They were also urged to maintain Intra PRI coordination and to increase expenditure of current fiscal funds.

ADDC, ADC, CPO, ACD, Executive Engineers of various departments, CMO, CEO and other District and sectoral officers were present on the occasion. (KDC)
