Srinagar, Sep 18, KDC: Sleuths of Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Saturday conducted a joint surprise check in the office of Exen Roads and Buildings (R&B) in Sumbal area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
A top ACB officer told news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that sleuths of Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) is conducting joint surprise check in the office of Exen Roads and Buildings (R&B) office in Sumbal area of the district and searches are being carried.
He said that searches are being carried to collect information on a lead regarding a preliminary verification (PV) of a case registered at Anti Corruption Bureau central.
Executive Engineer Roads and Buildings Sumbal told news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that sleuths of probing agency (ACB) asked some documents related to non completion of Sumbal foot bridge and we provided all the Xerox of documents. “This was purely related to Sumbal footbridge as work on the bridge has not been completed since all but five years,” he added.
