In an official statement to Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Dot Com, the SIA said, “SIA Kashmir has apprehended proclaimed offender Abdul Rashid Mir, resident of Amargarh, Sopore, who was at large for the last two years. The accused is a part of a cross-border narco-terror module operating in the Valley.”
