JAMMU, May 27: Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi will be a part of cultural evening to be organised by the Jammu Tourism Department on Wednesday at Octroi Border Outpost in Suchetgarh at Ranbir Singh Pura along the International Border, some 30-kms from here.

‘Jammu Tourism is organising a cultural evening tomorrow evening at Octroi BoP in which Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi is the special guest,” said an official of Jammu Tourism.
He said that the actress will be interacting with the armed forces who have been on the forefront during ‘Operation Sindoor’ and also with affected families of cross-border shelling.

He stated that the visit is also organised with regards to the revival of the Jammu Tourism and meeting with all the stakeholders of the tourism industry.

“Entry is free for the visitors and we hope with situation normalised to a larger extent, tourism sector will soon flourish in Jammu,” the official said.

Aijaz Qesar, Joint Director, Jammu Tourism however, confirmed the visit of actress to the border tomorrow. (Agencies)
