JAMMU, Apr 16: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has designated Senior Additional Advocate General (AAG) Mohsin-Ul-Showkat Qadri to handle all legal matters challenging orders under sub-clause (c) of clause (2) of Article 311 of the Constitution of India.
As per a Government Order, these cases will be argued before the Central Administrative Tribunal at the Jammu and Srinagar Benches. (KDC)
