Jammu, Mar 8: Union Minister Jitendra Singh on Saturday said that a morning flight from Jammu to Srinagar will start from April 1 to allow flyers to return the same day.

“In response to a common complaint, mostly from government officers and businessmen, that there was no morning air flight from Jammu to Srinagar, as a result of which, it often became difficult for them to fly to and for, and return the same day,” Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh posted on X.

“A proposal was made to the Civil Aviation authorities, who have agreed to start, from 1st April 2025, a regular daily air flight from Jammu to Srinagar at 10 am in the morning”, he added. (KDC)
