Srinagar, March 1, kdc: The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered a major reshuffle in the civil administration, posting Ghulam Jeelani Zargar as the Director of Horticulture, Planning, and Marketing, J&K. Previously serving as the Joint Commissioner of Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Zargar’s new posting comes as part of a broader administrative overhaul.
According to an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), Vivek Sharma, JKAS, Special Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department, has been transferred and posted as Director General, Floriculture, Jammu. She shall join at her new place of posting upon the retirement on superannuation of Mr. Jatinder Singh, JKAS, on March 31, 2025.
Bhawani Rakwal, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Project Director, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.
