J&K Govt Orders Transfers, Postings of 13 ARTOs

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of 13 Assistant Regional Transport Officers (ARTOs) and In-Charge ARTOs in a significant reshuffle within the Transport Department.
