SRINAGAR: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has submitted a Prosecution Complaint (PC) against Gujarat conman, Kiran Patel under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, before the Hon’ble Special Court in Srinagar.
According to an official post by the ED on X, the complaint targets Kiran Patel, son of Jagdish Bhai Patel, a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
As per post, the court has formally taken cognizance of the complaint.
Pertinently, Patel was arrested in March last year for posing as senior official in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
