SRINAGAR: An IndiGo flight, 6E 214, scheduled to depart from Srinagar Airport to Jammu at 7:00 PM, experienced a slight delay due to a hoax bomb threat.
“Following the threat, security protocols were activated, and flight was delayed for sometime,” sources said, adding “After thorough checks by security personnel, it was confirmed that the threat was unfounded.”
Normal flight operations have since resumed at Srinagar International Airport, with all scheduled flights back on track.
Airport Authorities are investigating the source of the hoax call. (KDC)
