SRINAGAR, Sep 20: One BSF soldier died and 28 others were injured after a bus carrying 29 soldiers skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Brell village, near Waterhail area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district, officials said.
They said that the bus lost control and slipped off the road, resulting in the accident. Locals and police rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene to evacuate the injured soldiers to a nearby hospital.
The rescue operation was ongoing at the time of this report. (KDC)
