Srinagar, Feb 18, KDC: Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Darakhshan Andrabi has greeted people at the Meraj-un-Nabi (SAW) and Mahashivratri festivals.
In her message, Dr Andrabi said that Me’raj-un-Nabi (SAW) signifies the highest spiritual excellence of the great prophet of peace and his all encompassing humanist role on this planet while as Shivratri represents the unison of the creator and his manifestations for the benefit of the cosmos.
“The message of these festivals inspires us to transcend the parochial borders of region, faith and time and transport us to the world of eternity which is the world of all-good”, said Dr Darakhshan in her message.
She said that our inclusiveness depicts the true spirit of humanity during our celebration of spirituality in India. While congratulating people on these festivals Dr Andrabi prayed for the wellbeing of the whole of humanity, peace & prosperity of our country and a bright future for all in J&K. (KDC)
