Srinagar, Oct 5, KDC: A civilian got killed after a bullet hit him in Haal village of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Official sources told KDC that a rifle of security personnel went off accidentally in which one civilian received critical injuries.
He identified injured youth as Asif Ahmed, a resident of Poterwal Shopian was shifted to hospital where he succumbed.
The cop whose service riffle has gone off accidentally has been arrested and formal case under FIR number 79/2022 under section 304 has been registered against him and further investigation has been set into motion. (KDC)
