Srinagar 09 May (KDC): Police on Monday said that they have arrested two persons in the killing of a 25-year-old youth at Kachwari in central Kashmir’s Budgam district
Police in a statement issued to news agency Kashmir Dot Com said that the accused have been identified as Tahir Bashir Khan son of Bashir Ahmed Khan and Hilal Ahmed Lone son of Abdul Ganie Lone, both residents of Kachwari Khansaib
“In connection with the death of a person identified as Fayaz Ahmed Najar son of Abdul Rashid Najar resident of Gurwaith Khansahib. The deceased was hit on his head by the 02 accused persons at Kachwari. Accordingly, he was taken to SKIMS in a critical condition where he succumbed to his injuries,” the spokesperson added.
A case FIR number 60/2022 was registered at Police Station Khansahib under section 302 IPC and investigation set into motion. (KDC)
