An 18-year-old labourer was electrocuted to death in Bemina area of summer capital Srinagar on Friday afternoon.
An official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com that a labourer identified as Sameer Ahmad Bhat (18), son of Mohi-ud-din Bhat, a resident of Ashmuqam area of southern Anantnag district was electrocuted while installing power line in Bemina area.
He said Sameer was rushed to SKIMS Soura for treatment, however, he was declared brought dead.
Police has registered case in this regard and has started investigations
