Bandipora, July 18, KDC: Aspiring photographers from north Kashmir’s Bandipora district held a candle light meeting on Saturday evening over the sad demise of Photographer Danish Siddiqui in Afghanistan.

The meeting was held in the memory of the late Danish Siddiqui who was also the chief photographer of Reuters.

Several journalists from different organizations attended the  meeting, and was highly graced by remembering the work of Danish Siddiqui, how he covered all type of events throughout the world by his lens and dedication.

During the meeting all members prayed to departed soul and extended their huge condolences towards the bereaved family.

It is pertinent to mention , Siddiqui, lost his life reportedly in clashes between Aghan Taliban and Afgan Military on Friday, 16, July 2021 in Spin Boldak district of Kandahar area in Afghanistan.
