Srinagar, May 25, KDC: A female body was recovered by River Police in Maloora area in the outskirts of Srinagar on Tuesday morning.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir Dot Com that the female body identified as Gosey daughter of Ab Rahman, a resident of Safakadal was recovered by River Police Srinagar from Jhelum River near Maloora area.
The body was handed over to Police Station Parimpora for legal formalities and was accordingly handed over to family for her burial, he said adding that a case is already registered in this regard and further investigations is on in this matter (KDC)
