Srinagar, Apr 19, KDC: A woman was killed while among two baby girls were injured in a road accident in Hanjinar Karnah area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Monday evening.
Local sources told News Agency Kashmir Dot Com – (KDC) that a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK09- 2710 met with an accident resulting into the death of a women identified as Ruksar Begum wife of Tasleem Ahmad Lone (30), a resident of Bakhaiyaan Tangdar.
Sources said two baby girls were also injured in this accident and were evacuated to nearby hospital for treatment.
They were identified as Zohara Shameem and Zoya Shameem both daughters of Shameem Ahmad, resident of Hayama Kupwara.
Meanwhile, police have taken the cognizance of the incident. (KDC)
