Srinagar, Apr 13, KDC: A cop of Jammu and Kashmir police posted at District Police Lines Awantipora died of a cardiac arrest on intervening Tuesday and Wednesday night, officials said.
An official told News Agency KDC that the cop identified as Aijaz Ahmad, a resident of Ladhoo in Pampore area of South Kashmiri’s Pulwama district suffered a massive cardiac arrest, leading to his death.
He said that the body will be handed over to family after conduct of medico-legal formalities. (KDC)
