SRINAGAR, April 11, KDC:  Apni Party Media Advisor Farooq Andrabi on Sunday strongly condemned the Budgam attack wherein a civilian named Nasir Ahmad Khan was shot dead by unidentified gunmen at his residence in Buchipora village of Magam-Budgam.

In a statement issued to News Agency KDC, Andrabi termed the attack as vicious and coldhearted. He said it is highly unfortunate and heart-wrenching that Kashmir continues to lose precious lives to senseless violence which has only aggravated the sufferings of the people over the years.

“Violence can never be a solution to anything. On the contrary it always acts as a huge impediment for promulgating peace and progress in a society. This dastardly attack on a civilian in Budgam is highly condemnable,” Andrabi remarked.

Furthermore, while extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and praying for eternal peace to the departed soul, Andrabi said that the perpetrators must be brought to book so that justice is delivered to the family members of the deceased.  (KDC)
