Srinagar, Mar 06, KDC: Baramulla Police on Saturday evening said that firecracker was bursted near the residential house of BJP’s Sarpanch in Buran Pattan area of North Kashmir Baramulla district.
A top police official told News Agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that some firecrackers were bursted near the residential house of BJP Sarpanch identified as Nusrat Shabir in Buran Pattan.
He said the firecracker sounds created panic for sometime in the area.
Meanwhile, SSP Baramulla, Abdul Qayoom said, “it was not a grenade but a firecracker blast”, adding that “we have also received sample and other evidences of firecracker.”(KDC)
