Srinagar, Jan 24, KDC: Two persons were found dead under mysterious circumstances inside a Tata mobile load carrier (vehicle) while waiting to cross over the tunnel in Ramban district of Jammu division on Sunday.

A police official told News agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that two persons were found dead inside a vehicle along the roadside bearing registration number JK09B-7358 near Banihal Railway Station in Ramban, apparently both died due to severe cold (Hypothermia).

He said both the persons were identified as Shabir Ahmad Mir Son of Abdul Rashid Mir and Majid Gulzar Mir Son of Gulzar Ahmad Mir both residents of Kralpora Kupwara.  

Both the bodies have been taken to a local hospital for autopsy.  

Local sources told news agency KDC that stranded drivers have staged a massive protest accusing the government of delaying the opening of the highway. (KDC)
