Bandipora, Dec 31, KDC: The Crime Branch Kashmir on Thursday produced the challan in a local court in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district against the Bandipora resident for duping a person and providing fake recruitment order.
Crime Branch Kashmir in a statement to news agency Kashmir Dot Com-(KDC) said, “CBK today produced Challan in Case FIR No. 30/2019 U/S 420,468, RPC against accused Farooq Ahmad Bhat S/O Late Ghulam Nabi Bhat R/O Malangam, District Bandipora, before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bandipora.”
“Consequent upon a complaint received by Crime Branch Kashmir stating therein that the accused had duped the complainant of his money on pretext of providing him a Government Job in the Forest Department. The accused had also provided the complainant with a fake recruitment order,” statement added. (KDC)
