Srinagar, Dec 05, KDC: PDP President and former Chief Minister of erstwhile state of J&K, on Saturday visited the incarcerated Waheed Para’s house in Naira village of Tahab in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Sources told news agency Kashmir Dot Com-(KDC) that Mehbooba accompanied by his daughter Iltija Mufti paid a short visit to youth leader’s home here in Naira Pulwama.
In her last attempt to visit Waheed’s home on 27th of November, Mehbooba was not allowed by authorities to travel to Pulwama citing security reasons.
Waheed Para had also filed nomination papers for DDC elections from Pulwama
Waheed, 32, was arrested by National Investigation Agency (NIA) for alleged links with Hizbul Mujahedeen on 25th November & was later sent to said agency’s 15 day custody which is yet to end. Para’s name had surfaced during the probe into the case of suspended DySP Davinder Singh. (KDC)
